First, we help people who need help. People injured at work or through the fault of another are often unsure of their rights. They are hurt, amassing medical bills and often cannot work. They’re afraid they will lose everything. We set their lives back on track. If we cant get their lives back to normal it isn’t for lack of effort, time and money invested. And, in the end, it feels great to help folks who really need it.
Second, we know what it’s like to be in your shoes. We have been injured, had surgeries. All of us have been unsure what our rights were. We have had employees with spinal fusions, car accidents, broken limbs (nearly severed appendages). We have had bills pile up and couldn’t work. We know what you’re going through.
Last, we do this because it’s a money-making business at which we are very, very good. Anyone who suggests that money isn’t an issue is lying, plain and simple. All of the employees here want to make a great living. So do I. We can only make a great living if we are great at our jobs. Unlike most all other professions, we only get paid based upon results. We don’t get paid by the hour. We don’t get paid by the effort. We only get paid if we are successful. The more successful we are, the more our clients get and the more we get. We are all in the same boat.
