The Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission recently awarded our client benefits in a disputed carpal tunnel case. The Commission held that the Arbitrator wrongly denied benefits to our client. After the reversal, the employer immediately asked if we wanted to settle the case. They agreed to pay all medical benefits, to re-pay the client’s group insurance and to pay our client a very favorable lump sum of money. Zach Pashea did an excellent job arguing the appeal!
