How our office is giving back in this time of need
From time to time we, as a community, come together and help those around us. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, many have suddenly found themselves out of work with no definitive end in sight. Many have had to turn to resources provided in the community to help pay their bills and feed their families. Our firm has been fortunate in that we have been able to continue working and providing the services our clients need, but we want to do more. As you may have noticed in one of our recent posts, we are buying lunches at locally owned restaurants. We still want to do more, so we decided to donate money, food and supplies to 4 local food banks in 4 different towns and to a local animal shelter.
We want to encourage you to do that one small thing to help out those around you. Have you been making masks? Ordering food from small businesses? Grocery shopping for an elderly neighbor? Helping a friend who is immune compromised, so they do not have to run errands? It could be as easy as stopping by the post office for a neighbor, so they do not have to make the trip. We want to share the positives that are coming out of the current situation.
