Zach Pashea, a graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Law, has joined the firm as an associate. Zach was introduced to litigation his very first day on the job. He assisted Mr. Short in winning a jury trial in St. Clair County, Illinois. Zach will be handling civil litigation including auto accident cases, retaliatory discharge claims and premises liability cases. He will also handle Illinois Workers’ Compensation Act claims.
