The only promises we make / Las únicas promesas que hacemos
Lots of lawyers promote how much money they’ve won for their clients, the justice they’ve delivered or the number of cases they’ve handled. The truth is we do the same thing. It’s part of the advertising necessary to get a potential client’s attention. But there are only two things we promise our clients. We promise to give our best effort and that we genuinely care about you. We don’t promise a result. No one can guarantee a win. Juries and judges can be wildly unpredictable. Witness testimony can be wonderful or horrible. The jury pool to choose from might be full of people who come into the case predisposed against you (they hate all lawsuits, regardless of right and wrong). So, the only thing we can promise is that we want the best for you and we will do all we can to get it. That’s it, but that should be enough.
